About Us

William is the Founding Director of Will Barker & Co and has worked within the sector since graduating from the University of Reading in 1997. He brings a broad range of experience across the industry and is recognised for his practical, knowledgeable approach to agricultural consultancy and valuation. William is a board member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), reflecting his standing within the profession and his ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards. When not in the office you will find William farming together with his father on their mixed farm, he enjoys game shooting and spending time with his two children and wife Haidee.

Camilla is a qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor and an experienced land agent and auctioneer having graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2014. She undertakes a wide range of professional, agency, and auctioneering work, with a particular specialism in equestrian properties. Camilla operates across Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire, providing clients with practical, knowledgeable advice and a high standard of professional service. When Camilla is not working, she enjoys spending time helping on her husband’s family farm with her son and attending equestrian events with her native ponies.

Toby is currently studying for a degree in Rural Estate and Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University and is in his third year of study. As part of his course, he elected to undertake a placement year with Will Barker & Co to gain valuable hands-on experience within the sector. During his placement, Toby is developing his practical knowledge and skills while supporting the team across a range of professional and agency work. Toby enjoys game shooting and watching his beloved football team Leeds United.

Charlotte has worked alongside William and Camilla since 2015, providing key support across the business. Charlotte’s family farm in Holland Fen started her interest in the rural sector. Charlotte’s role includes, account management, overseeing office administration and assisting the team members with various professional and agency work.

Isabel graduated from Harper Adams University in 2023 with a degree in Rural Property Management and returned to the team following a placement year with us during her studies. Isabel manages the set up of our machinery auctions and aids with various professional matters, with particular reference to tenancies and stock taking valuations. Isabel comes from a local farming family and enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Mabel and undertaking crafty projects.

Evie originally joined us through an apprenticeship scheme in 2022 and has since joined our team in an administrative role. Evie specialises with assisting our land agents and clients with all agency matters. Evie has been attending our machinery auctions since she was a child with her father and enjoys providing our clients with a personal and professional service. In her free time Evie enjoys supporting her family at national banger racing events and travelling around the world.

Haidee is a highly supportive member of our team assisting with the day to day running of the office and providing clients with a friendly welcome. Haidee is a keen baker and enjoys spending time with her two children and husband William.

Lynne grew up on her family’s local arable farm, she graduated from Caythorpe Agricultural College and has worked within the agricultural sector for many years. Since having a family, she has worked part-time helping farmers and farm workers with training courses and bookkeeping. Lynne is an integral member of our auction team, managing the on farm set up for our machinery sales and assisting our auctioneers with clerking.

Ben retired as a financial advisor in 2020 and has since joined our team part time. Ben is a valued member of our auction team, providing efficient and professional assistance with the set up and running of our farm machinery auctions. Ben travels the county ensuring all our properties have for sale boards.

Bea specialises in high-energy productivity boosts, supervising meetings and the occasional desk inspection. Bea is famous for her enthusiastic greetings (and her loud bark!). When not supervising the team, she can usually be found enjoying a well-earned nap or requesting a treat.
